Would love to be able to create a contact / company list and have it saved to my dashboard, so my dashboard would be my single source of truth. I understand I can create a report and then click into it and export the list, but having just the list where on the same page I can click and see the contacts/notes (maybe some kind of pop-up on the page) would be great!
This would be great. I have some lists that just cannot seem to return properly as reports due to cross objects so being able to add my lists to my dashboard would just give me so much more use.
Not the best but a current workaround would be to take the URL of the list you created and add it to your dashboard as External Content. This would allow you to view the list from the dashboard (though not in an ideal way by any means) and act on that list to open the records associated.
Just an idea for now until HubSpot devs implement something like this.
Yes! Our teams have a big need for lists within their easily accessible dashboards, we have a lot of data displays that need to be in a list so they can keep track of specific contacts and companies.
@RMirsky thanks for your workaround. I've tried to do it yourway but - for the list to be visible - I need to expand the embedded content and the report ends up taking a large part of the dashboard.
Instead, what I'm going to do is add a section of text and insert the relevant list names with hyperlinks to their Hubspot list. Hope it helps 🙂
We also really need to have a way to display lists on our dashboards. Our Sales teams have a revolving call list and they should be able to access/see it/click-to-dial from dashboard.
I absolutely need this. I'm trying to add a list of contacts that have no activity for 90 days and no upcoming activity to a dashboard. I did use the suggestion above of adding a link. Great workaround...hopefully temporary.
This is needed to make dashboards more than just information. We need to be able to act on the information. So being able to click through to a contact list would be very helpful.
We'd love this too. I've created some reports using Lists as a filter but if they could show on the dashboard as lists that you can click into and edit that would be so much easier!
