Add ChatGPT to Hubspot Chat Function.

I would like to upload my site content, FAQs, email history to ChatGPT and allow the AI to use that data to run my Chatbot.

Absolutely, I'm glad this has already been submitted. 

As an Ecom Manager for a site with over 10,000 SKU's, many landing pages and an exhaustive FAQ's section - I had the idea of seeing if this was already a thing. Now Open AI have released plugins for ChatGPT I thought Hubspot would quick to implement this to their chatbot - let's wait and see...

Indeed, the tags system to propose articles from the Knowledge Base is completely outdated. Using AI text generation accessing the content of the knowledge base or any other source of information is a must-have in 2023.

Actually I found a solution but unfortunately, not with the HubSpot Chatbot. 

It's called BotSonic https://writesonic.com/botsonic

It Works with ChatGPT and you can train your bot with your own content, sitemaps, webpages, Faq's, knowledge base, and even a PDF document.
