Add Call Title to Displayed Properties in Activity History for Contact
It would be great if you could see the call title from the contact's activity hisotry. Today you have to go to the recording or the calls list to find this information.
It would be very helpful if the user could create a custom call title instead of the default when logging the call. My company has a certain naming system for these reports to which it is tedious to write the report, post it, go to calls, then change the name when it would be much easier to simply have the option to name it whatever we like when logging the call.
