Add Attachments Folders, Search & Sort Functionality In Right Hand Rail of All Record Types

Please expand the Attachments functionality in the Right Hand Rail for all Record types (Deals, Contacts, etc.) by adding the ability to organize attachments by folders (eg. Quote Revisions, Drawings, etc.), sort attachments (by properties like date or most recently updated) and the ability to search for attachments in a search bar within this section. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to make the right hand sidebar larger so that full files name could be read more easily. All of the above functionality would make it much easier for our Sales Users to locate and organize their Attachments. Today they have to hover over each document (which is typically cut off by the small right hand rail) to confirm the Attachment name before downloading and previewing.
