Add Additional Token Options to Workflow Notifications
We have a workflow that notifies our sales team when one of their prospects opens an email. I'd like to add the token 'Last Email Opened Name' to that notification so that the sales team can get a better idea of what topic peaked their interest but it's not a contact token.
