Hubspot should add the AI writing assistance functionality to tickets. Many teams use tickets to manage 1-1 emails with their customers (instead of using inbox), and the AI writing tool should be available within the email composer on a ticket. This should be a simple plug and play upgrade that would add a lot of value for many Hubspot users.
