Currently, this is not supported in HubSpot ad tracking so while the overall campaign can be synced to HubSpot the ad groups show as blank and converted contacts cannot be attributed to it in a meaningful manner.
Overall this is becoming more of a pain point for customers as this Google ads feature becomes more popular, and an ability to track these would benefit many.

It's been long time still we are not seeing any update regarding tracking pmax google ads. this is really effecting those want to use HubSpot one solution for everything.
We are spending most advertising budget on Pmax. It is very important to see if leads from pmax are becoming MQl's, SQL's.
Is there a work around for this?
So a form submit from pmax campaigns --> Store GLCID in the form --> to the created contact --> create rules for status MQl's etc --> and import back to Google?
