Currently HubSpot's logging of changes is limited in that it only shows:
User logins(ie. account login history: timestamp, user email address, IP address, location, type of login, user agent)
HubSpot employee access(ie. timestamps for each instance of employee access, and the department that the employee works in at HubSpot)
Security activity(ie. Adding, removing, requiring or removing the requirement for single sign-on (SSO), exporting contacts, adding or removing users, viewing, creating, or deactivating an API key)
Content activity(ie. actions users in the account took to create, update, and delete the following content assets: Website pages, Landing pages, Blog posts, Marketing emails, Email, blog, or web page templates and modules, Files, Calls-to-action, URL redirects, HubDB)
What's missing is changes to the account settings specific to Objects, like:
Setting changes for Objects like Companies and Contacts (Sync lifecycle changes, fill properties using HubSpot Insights database)
