Because activities can't act as re-enrollment trigger, it would be great to have activity based workflows.
An example of an application would be that every time I log a phone call with outcome = left voice mail, it will send an automated email to the contact. You could create similar workflows depending on the outcome of a call or meeting.
Hi @MeganLegge, thank you for the update! The task-based and call-based workflows work well and I'm glad to see HubSpot working on this expanded functionality. Meeting-based workflows would be SO helpful for our team as most of our logged activities are Meetings, not Calls. I would love to automate Call and Meeting Type and Call Outcome. As others have asked, it would helpful to know if that's on the roadmap.
We're exploring the addition of other objects, like meetings, though cannot currently say if/when they will be added. We appreciate the continued feedback.
The possiblity of using meetings the same way as calls to trigger workflows would be really handy. I'm facing a problem where I need to send meeting notes to a slack channel when they're updated, but can only do this from the contact record (in conjunction with a list and reenrollment settings) but the problem is it sends the note one time for each contact associated to the meeting. So if the meeting has 3 contacts, the slack channel gets the same message three times.
I need to be able to trigger workflows from meetings directly.
