Access Control:

  • Admins can control who can view private logged playbook notes in contact records or contact owner only
  • Permissions can be set based on roles (e.g., sales reps, managers, executives).

Love this idea.  While creating and editing within the playbook tool can be restricted, once the playbook is saved as an activity, anyone can view it and edit it.  With multiple competing teams, we need to restrict access once the playbook is saved so others cannot view or edit given the NPI info that is included in our playbook collection.
