Hi @ArturS!

I'd like to clarify what I meant when I said "Currently, our team is working on a beta for bringing Tickets to Android". That was a reference to the feature our team is currently building, so it isn't available yet.

All developments about tickets for Android will be relayed on this thread, so stay tuned!

Best,

Joe

Hey folks,

First, I’d like to apologize for the confusion surrounding my last status change. There was a miscommunication on our end, and I’d like to clear it up.

Currently, our team is working on a beta for bringing Tickets to Android. We encourage anyone interested in this feature to fill out this survey: https://www.research.net/r/VB65RKQ. We don’t have a timeline yet for bringing tickets to iOS, but we’ll update you here when that changes.

However, I would like to clarify that at this time, we are not building a mobile version of Service Hub. I’m switching this status back to “In Planning” to reflect the hard work our team is putting into bringing tickets for Android.

Best,
Joe

Hey folks,

I've connected with our Product team on this thread. At this time we don't have any plans to access tickets on mobile. This is certainly subject to change in the future, but at this time we don't have any resources committed to this feature.

Best,

Joe

Customers have been asking for this for alomst 2 years, how is this not at the top of a priority list when this seems like basic functionality with other softwares? I have been waiting patiently, but I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a competitor due to this lack of efficieny. Please give us all an update on when we can expect this.

Agree. Tickets in the mobile app would be good.

Agreed. We use Tickets heavily in our workflow. We use Deals as Containers for Multi-Step projects and Tickets as the steps. This allows us to assign tasks to teams and individuals as Tickets which are part of a larger Deal. Most of our Employees are mobile and would prefer to work from an App instead of a desktop browser. But they need access to Tickets which the current app doesn't support. We also heavily use Ticket Pipelines, Properties, and Automation to streamline our work for our Members. This works well on a Desktop but not at all in the Mobile app.

Please either add Tickets to the existing Mobile App or build a new version centered around Tickets for those who lean on them heavily.

We don't understand why it is still pending and not resolved. This is a standard feature which is needed to view and maintain our tickets on the go.

Specially in the current situation of the world.

Like the suckers we are, we're paying through our teeth waiting for something that might never come. HubSpot thus far has demonstrated a lack of respect for their paying customers and disregard of their own ”deadlines.”

Make tickets accessible on IOS/Android.

We will be forced to find another solution if this is not available soon.  Our contract is almost up.  HubSpot is too expensive to have no way to reply to emails/tickets from your phone.  This is basic functionality from every help desk solution on the planet except for HubSpot.

+1 on this... this is a huge deal breaker in considering paying for the service. Our road reps need to be able to update tickets from their mobile devices.

Tablets and phones are essential these days... as are quick support responses to clients. I'm really not understanding why there isn't a mobile app for tickets. This is the one thing holding us back from upgrading or recommending to others. Heck, the Zoho free version offers more features and functionality than Hubspot does and can tie into Hubspot CRM... hopping between software just isn't efficient or convenient though. Come on Hubspot... your price point is high enough to make this a priority.

Totally agree with PXMAdmin, HS any news or time line?

When was the last time HubSpot replied or participated in this thread, EliM? Retorical question, obviously. I suspect they don't give a f#*k...

Echoing previous comments. We'd love to hear some concrete release dates. The absence of a mbile app to monitor Service Hub cases is a big hole in what otherwise is a world class marketing platform.

Thanks,

Jason

@mfreiert Any updates for supporting Service > Tickets on the mobile app?

New Contributor

Looks like dead end. Really frustrating

Hi, guys. This feature is critical for many small businesses. We are right now using the free version of the software, and considering signing up to the starter plan, but if this feature is not added, we will move to a different provider. Please update the status of this requirement. Thank you.

Can't wait for that to happen, it's a nightmare to access tickets from the web browser on mobile! Also being able to use custom filters from the mobile app, not just saved ones.

New Contributor

It would be interesting if the "tickets" tab was avalible on mobile app.

New Contributor

Having access to tickets on mobile would be beneficial to our team who uses mobile devices while preforming service. If they could access tickets on a mobile device they could easily attach photos while continuing their work!

Wow I'm new to Hubspot, paying customer.

this is outrageous, $1400 a month for this joke??

the app is the most important thing.

should have gone with Zoho one!!!
