Ability to use workflow to copy Call Notes into Service Ticket
Currently it is possible to set a workflow to create a service ticket whenever it is detected that a contact has a call note.
However, it is not possible to actually copy the call note itself into the service ticket.
This implies manual work for our customer service team because they have to manually copy and paste the content of the call note into the service ticket.
It would be great if this could be done via workflow.
I have a somewhat different usecase, but the idea is still the same. It would be nice to access certain call properties for use in other areas. For me, I'd like to copy the call notes into a contant or deal property.
