Ability to update email / contact field directly in Gmail / Chrome hubspot extension

When creating a deal, the hubspot plugin automatically grabs an email contact, and doesn't allow much flexibility to change the email / contact. We have an inbox that forwards to the sales guys, and the sales guys often times have difficulty creating deals, because the plugin / extension is grabbing the email it's being forwarded from, and not the actual contact. This requires an extra step of entering hubspot and altering the deal manually to correct.
