Ability to turn off "Customer opened email" notifications
I would love it if I could turn off the notifcations that someone opened my email. I find it distracting and useless. I only want to be notifded for important things like new chat requests, ne emails coming in, and new tickets. This morning I woke up to 10 notifactions from the hubspot App on my phone that the same person opened my email 10 times. It's great data to have but not necessary as a notifcation.
