Right now when a sales person calls, in the call they set the call type. This call type is same field as used in "activity type" or "meeting type" which means we cannot differentiate in reports.
So if someone tags a call as first time appointment and another person tags a meeting as first time appointment that day we have two first time appointments. It would be great to be able to split so we can see first time appointments set (this is recording during calls) and first time appointments sat (this is actual meetings that happened after the meeting was schedule via call above).
