Ability to toggle off "recipient was suppressed due to low engagement" at the contact record level
I have a large number of good prospects whose emails have been going to Junk. HubSpot counts each of these as delivered but unopened. Currently, the only was to override this for a new email is to go into the low engagement file before sending, and then search for and uncheck only the ones I want to send. The only other option is to turn off the Low Engagement feature, so it's all or nothing. I would like the ability to go into an individual contact record and basically reset the "low engagement" counter so that any subsequent emails would go to this contact.
