Ability to sort the Project Item list within a Project

The Project Items can't be sorted and are in no particular order when entered. Having the ability to sort the Project Items, within the project, would give visibility without having to go to a Project Item list screen. This would be helpful when a Project has more than 5 Project Items (which is what's currently visible) and various roles are viewing the project for various reasons - i.e. Project Coordinator, Project Itme Delivery Consultants, Project Manager, etc.

Sorting by the following would be helpful:

Alphabetical A-Z | Z-A or

Status or

Start Date or

Due Date

I absolutely agree; there's a lot of room for improvement on this tool. You can drag items around to create the order you want, but it would be great if you could use text formatting to make the list more easily discernable. A couple of workarounds we've found to remedy some of it - while not ideal -  are snapshotted here:

1. We made a folder called "Project Organization - Links"  where we added each team member's name as a folder, then created subtasks that are the names of folders they work in. When you click into the subtask, there's a link to that project in the "description". That way, no matter how disorganized the projects list gets, we keep the Project Organization at the top and people can click into there to quickly find their projects. Also, the link can be shared under many people's individual folders.

2. Since there's no way to control the formatting of the name lists, we used special characters instead. In the first image, you'll see a project called "~~Onboarding~~" and one called "~~WSCM~~". Those aren't real projects, or rather there's no content in them...they're more like meta-headings/categories to help organize the different projects.

Hope that helps, but Hubspot folks, please please make this feature better!
