It would really benefit our team if we would be able to share our dashboards with customers. I have tried the email function but unfortunately, it cuts half of the dashboard out.
A live dashboard would be even better 🙂

YES! This is so needed! Our marketing team works out of HubSpot, but our sales team works out of Salesforce. They hate going into HubSpot and avoid it, so if I want to share a campaign dashboard with them I have to download it into a PDF regularly. Having an external link would be SO HELPFUL!!!
The feature of allowing a customer to login to dashboards specifically built for them is a must.
I think the sharing by email option isn't great as the formatting is poor so ideally a kind of guest account would be great that's locked down to a customer access group for example.
I have noticed that this was first raised 4 years ago from the comment dates. Thats a long time without progress made on it.
+1, This would separate us from any other law firm in the state! If we could simply give dashboard access to our referral sources (through free user would be simplest), would be very grateful! This allows the settlement agent to track their files status, without constant emails back and forth.
We really need this. It's frustrating to have to rely upon 3rd party tools like Databox. HubSpot reporting needs some real work in the sharing/ design features.
The process to share a view only dashboard is way to convoluted. I understand they need a Hubspot account to access a dashboard, but requiring them to be either a user on your account or jumping through the hoops of getting an external domain added and authorized is way to much.
Any update on the status of this? I just want our clients to be able to send a link to a dashboard that they can share with their stakeholders (C-suite, directors, etc) who most certainly aren't in HubSpot.
Is there any update on this? It seems like the votes are off the charts for this, but still can't find that its been done successfully.
HubSpot can embed forms. They can embed smart content modules in external Wordpress sites.
I know I've spoken to other enterprise users who have the same needs: Simply when sharing reporting to board members of external staff, its not ok to require them to go and get a hubspot license and login to view the data... and noone has the time to rebuild in Google data studio after sharing the data to a google sheet!
Plesase can this be made easier to simply share what we have externally with something that allows counts but not personal data (PII)... ?
