Ability to share custom view on a list of contacts , companies

I have created a specific view with selected columns for a contact list and i saved it. So now a i can use it personnaly. I wanted to share it with some other people in my company, but they have to manualy recreate the same view.
That will be great to be able to either create a template view or copy it from another user.
The same can be usefull for defaults propreties displayes on the left lane of contacts and companies.
Great idea! Would be especially helpful for us when working with our external sales partner. I don't want them spending time structuring their list, instead I want them to see the same columns I do.
