It would be great to be able to set up more granular permissions for large teams.
Here is a use case:
With a large sales team, I would like to be able to allow them to edit a small set of properties. I would like to create a group of properties and allow certain team members to only be able to edit value for those.
Right now, if I grant "edit" permissions to a user they can edit all properties in the CRM.
Another issue is that the permission to edit contacts also allows team members to create a contact manually. I'd like to restrict everyone that create contacts manually, but allow them to edit a small set of properties.
Strongly agree with that requirement. A more granular user permission on the property settings is needed for a Corporate HS adminsistration. In my case, I want one local HS user to only edit ONE property. At the same time this user should not be able to create one.
@MarianaG@HubspotUser123@DAntonelli I've just discovered this is a problem with the Knowledge Base function. I want to set up four different specialist KBs, and allow the Trade Team to only edit the Trade KB, the Research Team to only edit the Research KB, etc. The permission options don't allow this currently, and it makes setting up an audit trail and managing sensitive information very difficult. HubSpot, please consider making this update.
