Ability to set defaults to Log Call> Direction and Call outcome

As part of a sales team that does a lot of outbound calling, I would love the ability to set a Direction default to Outbound when loggging calls. 

 

My process today is to be on a Contact page. Migrate to Calls tab. Click Log Call and have to manually select the Direction. I would love to be able to set this to default to Outbound and only have to change it when it is Inbound verse the current state where I have to change this 100% of the time. This could be a user default.

 

It would also be nice to have a pre-set user default for Call outcome as it would prevent having to change these 100% of the time. Trying to work more efficiently here.

I would like the option to remove the call direction entirely from view of user..

same - it is not necessary in our business and should be an option to remove entirely if not relevant - the frustrating thing with HS is hoew uncusomisable it is.

I would like the ability to set a default call direction when using Playbooks, as these are generally outbound calls.
