Ability to send an email in the conversations inbox using a personal email address

This would be an efficiency timesaver, as often when managing enquiries in the conversations inbox, there comes a time when the conversation goes down the track of an individuals own personal email eg estimator, and currently they have to forward the email to their own personal inbox, to then resend after that.
