Ability to select top ## of tickets by property of choice/by ticket count
It would be very helpful, within ServiceHub, to have the ability to report on the top (any given# , 5, 10 etc) number of tickets by property by choice. For example Top 10 by Color. Alongside with the ability to convert the same counts to a percentage of the whole number of tickets for the time period specified.
