Ability to save a default Marketing Email Unpublish URL
I would like a way a setting as the default so it's not necessary to make that change for every marketing email.
Currently the URL to be used when the temporary webpage for "View on the web" is unpublished has to be added for every marketing email! It's a real pain and the system won't let you send an email without setting it each time.
