Ability to respond to comments on Social Media posts not published through Hubspot
I don't see why the ability to respond to comments on SM platforms is only accessible whent he original post has been published via Hubspot. There are many publishing tools that offer more than Hubspot and we use these, but then our customer service team can't respond to comments on those posts via Hubspot. It seems an unnecessary restriction, especially as the account is connected to Hubspot so the two way connection is already established.
