This feature would be for the sales department, the goal would be to require a meeting outcome. This would allow us to accurately track number of meetings sat/completed versus meetings cancelled/rescheduled without data gaps. The team is trained to enter this data and they often do, but it is forgotten sometimes and can skew the data - if it was required to select a call outcome this would enhance reporting capabilities for our data team.
1000% this is needed. You can train a team as much as you like but someone always ends up forgetting and then you're reports require a lot of manual re-entry.
This would enable my sales team to track what type of meeting (If meeting type was mandatory too) has been held and also if the meeting was sat, postponed or cancelled.

Automate call/meeting outcomes after a call/meeting ends
Automatically store the reason for the outcome as a contact property (when applicable) so you can run reports
Extract questions asked by rep and prospect, objections raised, features requested, etc. and store them in the meeting notes along with call summary
This data is also stored in a repo—so sales managers can see what kind of questions, openers, objection-counters result in successful outcomes and use them in to improve the sales process
+1 on behalf of a customer. having this will be super helpful in business processes and reporting! We currently are only able to make call outcome required for outbound calls (see here). Expanding this to inbound calls, mobile, imported calls across the board will be great
Love this idea - would be really useful to be able to report on outcomes so that we can better understand pre-meeting activities that lead to successful calls as well.
