Ability to redact full credit card data received via email or contact form

Hi,

I think that a CRM which wants to be compliant with credit card rules should have the possibility to redact the full CC number when a customer decides to send it.

We have already in place warning messages and despite this sometimes customers are still sending us their full CC digits.

This is not PCI compliant and we would like to have the possibility to redact the text on an email or web form when this happens as deleting tickets is not customer friendly.

I cannot believe that this was not thought before. Zendesk has this possibility.
