Ability to "Never Associate" for Tickets

Within our CRM we have our own company as a company record with all employees associated with the company record since HubSpot will automatically create those records for contacts when we fill out forms and etc.

 

We already have our domain as a never log-- however because our support inbox is tied to our CRM, every time we are replying and conversing with a customer through a ticket, our own employees and our own company record is getting associated with the tickets when in reality, our own users should never be tied to a ticket other than being a ticket owner.

 

There needs to be an ability for us to never associate our own company and contacts records to tickets.

YES! We have the same issue. Plus things like our office scanner domain gets autoassigned to tons of tickets as we get mail that gets processed and turned into a ticket.

Yes... would be great to set certain domains/companies to never associate to a record. For example, we don't want our company to ever be associated as mentioned in the original idea. We also use services such as Zoom phone service which emails voicemail .mp3 attachments to the applicable Inbox. We do not need noreply@zoom.us to ever associate to any records. This would help with reducing the potential for inadvertent associations.
