Ability to log emails to a custom object record when using Outlook Add-ins
Currently Outlook users can only log emails to primary object records like contact or company records in HubSpot when using the desktop or 365 add-ins. It would be very beneficial to HubSpot users if they could also log emails directly to custom object records when emailing from Outlook. Custom objects are becoming more popular, and this feature would be helpful for HubSpot users who rely heavily on custom objects. Thank you!
My support is 100% for not only this feature but Custom Objects need to be treated as standard features and given the same respect as other HS features
This is key to the way we hvae set up hubspot as different teams work in different custom objects and we do not want all of the email correnspondence associated to the contact or company.
Building up very cool custom objects solution and I thought (of course) that this feature is there by default.... what I am going to say to them now 🙄. Hurry up, please!
@JPullola I'm unsure if I'm in a beta, but this became available several weeks ago. My team has been using it, and it is a HUGE time saver. Message me if you want to see what we're doing.
This is available. See below - we are able to log to our custom objects from our Office 365 integration. Check the betas or ask your Hubspot rep to get you added.
