Ability to import webchat data from third parties I.e salesforce, synthetic etc
To help keep data in one place it would be beneficial if we can import our webchat data/transcripts from other provides and import either manually or automate this into HubSpot. We can then use the chat data in conjunction with HubSpot site visits, calls, meetings etc to give a single source of engagement activity.
