Ability to hide blank properties in the main "about this contact" view
It would be great to be able to hide blank properties in the the main "about this contact" section to make it easier to see necessary information quickly.
I work for a manufacturing company and we use a form with conditional logic on our website that adjusts based on the type of customer filling out the form (Homeowners, restaurant owners, potential dealers, etc). In general, we need to be able to see all of the fields submitted for the form, so I don't want to take them away from the overall view. However, if it's a homeowner that fills out the form I don't need to see "Company Name" "Website" etc because it is always left blank. If the view could adjust to only show the fields with info in them that would be ideal.
Example:
For a homeowner it would be nice to only see
Name
Email
Phone
Address
For a potential dealer we still need to see all of the above +
Yes and it would be helpful to download contacts to ios and convert to VCF easily to share and import with other apps. We use quickbooks and to search contacts on phone to add invoice is helpful but not integrated with Hubspot yet
Hi @VGilzean. Not sure what HS plan you're on, but you can actually do this with conditional sections:
I think this is only available for Enterprise tier accounts though, so I'm still giving you the upvote for hiding empty fields as it would be essential for the use case you mention, as well as for regular Company sections.
