Ability to filter out sequence related emails from all reports in terms of activities
It would be great to have the option to include or exclude sequence related emails from the acitvity type "email" from all reports within HubSpot by user.
For further context, we use the sales activity report to help monitor outreach/activity by sales reps. Presently, the report includes all emails, including those sent as a sequence by Marketing on behalf of the rep (as 1:1 email). Unfortunately, this slants the view and makes the raw data of minimal value as the rep is not driving these emails. Being able to filter out those sent via a Sequence would enhance the value of the data and more truly reflect each rep's activities.
Agree with the comments on this 100% - The Email Activity is useless to track activity if there is no feature/function to filter out emails sent via sequence.
There are several similar posts on here and it's soemthing that's been asked for since 2019 (or maybe earlier). Why Hubspot hasn't doena nythig about it (and then built a whole sales analytics tool that included this useless data) is mystifying. Every Sales Manager in the world wants to know this metric. The fact that reports and sales analytics include Sequencess as default shows a lack of Sales Management experience in the developers. It should be a checkbox to include it, or something to that effect.
I agree with adding this functionality. Reports for sales managers are useless when they contain automated emails. We only want to report on emails that are sent manually.
We have separate goals for # of emails sent via sequences vs. direct emails. We very much need the ability to report on the # of emails sent via sequances vs. the # of sales emails sent not via sequances.
+1 to this as well. Manual work tracking is essential, especially when our sequences contain manual follow-up tasks (calls) that cannot be filtered out by the "Now in Sequence" Filter under the contact since that will remove the contact and its activities entirely from the activities report.
