Ability to exclude weekends or specific days from "time between" calculated properties

It would be excellent to have the ability to report on a "time between" calculated property that permits the exclusion of weekends or certain dates and times. For example, for the HubSpot default ticket property "Time to close," it would be ideal to have the ability to edit this property OR create a custom calculated property that permits you to not include weekends. That way you could report on the days that passed between ticket creation and ticket closure in which your reps were scheduled to be actively working on the tickets.

100% agree. Just setting metrics for my team, and anything over the target I have to consult my calendar to see day of the week. The average field is also useless as we do get a lot of enquiries on Friday late afternoon that don't get dealt with until Monday.

+1 This is essential for SLAs and metrics reporting to exclude non-business hours. HubSpot, please add this function!

Moved to HubSpot from the free version of FreshDesk -- which *has* this capability. It is critical, and expected, to be able to count only business hours, set business hours, and set holidays. My time to close metric is currently meaningless and not all useful.

COME ON HUBSPOT! This should be an easy one. We have critical reporting KPIs that are basically useless without this feature. Does anyone know of a 3rd party plugin that can help with this?

This would be super helpful!

How many upvotes do we need to get this done? There are numerous other ideas that I've upvoted that request the same thing. This is basic. Zendesk explains why this is important: https://www.zendesk.com/blog/first-reply-time/

This would be most valuable. We have a client that uses calculations between deal stages and quoting and would like to exclude weekend.

This is a very needed feature, we currently have to track our turnaround time outside of HubSpot in excel. Excel has an easy formula that just calcuates workdays this is really needed in HubSpot.

It is outrageous that HubSpot still hasn't resolved this issue yet.

Also providing a comment to hopefully help with continuity of this conversation. This should have been one of the FIRST things built out. Time from creation to the actual response with being able to factor in working hours. This is a foundational metric for any support team. Would really like this to be resolved as soon as possible.
