Ability to exclude weekends or specific days from "time between" calculated properties

It would be excellent to have the ability to report on a "time between" calculated property that permits the exclusion of weekends or certain dates and times. For example, for the HubSpot default ticket property "Time to close," it would be ideal to have the ability to edit this property OR create a custom calculated property that permits you to not include weekends. That way you could report on the days that passed between ticket creation and ticket closure in which your reps were scheduled to be actively working on the tickets.

My support team closely tracks time to close and first reply, it would be great to have a feature in place to exclude weekends from this metrics

Would love to have this. Trying a workaround in workflow to not assign tickets outside working hours, but haven't quite figured it out yet.

I need to be able to have a property like "Close Time", but only with opening hours base on business hours.

+1. The business hours are already set for each inbox which could drive the report calculations. 

Any update on this @hubspot or any workarounds?

+1 to this. Weekends are destroying our team's statistics, and there aren't any usable workarounds available.
