Ability to edit the info bar in Conversations Inbox.
I love the ability to customize what fields display on the left & right sidebars in Tickets. Can we have the option to do the same for the Conversations Inbox?
We don't use the out-of-the-box "Priority" field (we have our own custom field set up for this), and the "Classification" field isn't very important to us. I'd like to be able to replace these so that our team easily has the data they need when emailing with customers.
