Ability to edit the Deal Pipeline Insights

I find it fustrating that you can't edit properties in the deal insights overview.

I need to be able to select by specific deal owners and only live pipeline stages - including Won and Lost values just bloats the overall pipleline Insight view.

Can anyone help on this?

I fully support this request! The ability to customize Deal Pipeline Insights would make a huge difference for us. I really hope this gets prioritized and implemented soon!

We should have the ability to display different insights for different pipelines. This would significantly benefit various teams by allowing them to view relevant insights specific to their pipelines.

Hi, it would be really useful to be able to customise the 'Insights' in Deal Pipleine overviews. We are a Lettings company and on our onboarding pipeline we need a clear oversight of how many units we have pending coming onboard to our portfolio, as an example. Would be so helpful if this could be incorporated to the Insights section without us having to go off to another page to find this summary.

Thank you

They are only insights if the data matches you needs. Otherwise it's clutter. If you can't customize the insight to fit the need, it serves no purpose. Once size fits all is a misnomer, it's one size fits some.

I would definitely like to see this feature as an option. We look at revenue and specifically ARR in a couple of different buckets. It's important for our company to be able to report quickly and easily on those buckets. Having these right in front of us at the deal level would be ideal.

Please solve this HubSpot!

It would be great if we could customize the Deal Insights. For example I would like to have "Amount of created deals" listed instead of "Avarage deal date".

Please make this happen—every company has its own unique way of using HubSpot. I’d love to have the ability to choose the information I find most important.

I agree that being able to edit what is in this view would be extremely beneficial. We are focused on GP rather than Revenue and having that display in the Insights section would be a tremendous benefit!

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I'm an APM on our CXM team here at HubSpot. I'm happy to share that the ability to customize deal insights is currently in planning! A Beta feature for this is planned for Q2 this year, so I'll update this request again once that is released. Thanks for your continued patience while our teams are working on implementing this!

Is there a way to allow these to flow into the standard sales analytics reporting? Specifically, I'm trying to overlay a goal onto a report with a summed field (like new ARR) instead of the amount. Is there anyway to do this now that the insights are customizable?

Hi - I can't "join beta" but my team really wants to have this feature. How can I join?

2 things: You have to have at least an Enterprise agreements. (I think there's one other option, but can't recall).

And then you need to get your SuperAdmin to enable it.

Once you have that, then only those who are the owner of the report are able to click on the gear and access it. And the result is pretty good. Can even filter for each individual Insigh.

Good luck!

@scmrg If you're a super admin in your account, you should be able to click the "join beta" button in the product update link; otherwise, you'll need to ask a super admin in your account to opt into the beta from that page. If you both have trouble joining for any reason, please reach out to Support and they can help troubleshoot further!

Hello! This is being rolled out to accounts this week, so we are marking this as Delivered. You can read more about this feature in the product update if interested. 🙂
