Ability to deselect tracking (and only log) from service tickets.

In the Gmail extension, we get to choose whether to track or log. 

 

We work with financial institutions, which generally have extensive firewall settings. The tracking pixel prevents some clients from getting our emails. Since switching to Hubspot service, we have gotten 2 very angry negative reviews because our response got hung up in their firewall. Ideally, if a client hasn't responded in 24 hours, we'd like to be able to send another response with tracking turned off. 

 

The workaround is to respond from gmail and simply log the email to the ticket. But that's a hard workaround to communicate to all our support staff and it's not regularly happening. So our clients just don't get our responses sometimes and we have to deal with the blow back.
