Ability to create automation to resend CAT survey emails based on open or click

When we create survey emails, we have no ability to create automation to send a follow-up email if the client didn't open the first email or didn't click, or didn't add a comment.

 

Clients normally need to receive more than one email as a reminder for them to answer this type of customer service surveys.
