I'm a little late to the party, but have you guys heard of Zaybra? It syncs Stripe accounts to your HubSpot automatically. I'm bring this up because it just added a feature that allows you to connect multiple Stripe accounts to the same HubSpot instance. Super helpful. There's a blog post going over how it works here.
This is especially important where funds or revenue are being raised across multiple countries and each country needs it's own Stripe account for internal accounting purposes. I have a worldwide charity with 5 Stripe accounts processing more than $1M USD and growing that needs this feature please!
Hi, @DStaat I was just wondering if Zaybra could solve this issue for us: I want to connect two Stripe accounts to Hubspot. I've seen from the blog you shared this can be done. Question is: with this integration Will I be able to send invoices/quotes through a deal record and have the possibility to set up an automation that moves it to won once the payment is done through any of the Stripe accounts? I'm looking for: - Contact with multiple deals, but just one open. - A quote/invoice is sent through Hubspot with a Stripe payment link. That payment would redirect to our Account 1 or Account 2 based on a specific field on Hubspot (say, currency) o manually. - If, and after, payment is done the deal should change stage to Won. Just that specific deal from that contact.
Zaybra has both invoices and quotes! The invoice feature allows you to create Stripe invoices directly from within HubSpot:
But you sound like you're more interested in the quote. Zaybra has a custom quote that links directly to Stripe. It generates a price using the line items on the deal and charges the correct customer in Stripe using the deal's associated contact:
While there isn't currently a function that automatically sets the deal to closed after the quote is paid, you should be able to set up a workflow action using Zaybra's timeline events. If you're interested in seeing the app in action, email me at david@hapily.com and I can hook you up!
My use case is that I need to see within Hubspot when payments are made or when they are incomplete, to add them to a workflow and automate reminders and follow-ups, or even to narrow down who I need to chase without having to be in and out of 2 Stripe entities. One for our AU parent company, and one for our UK subsidiary.
Yes, within Putler you can connect mutliple Stripe accounts even if they are from multiple location. Putler can also automatically handle multiple currencies. Also, there is no limit to the number of Stripe accounts that can be connected within Putler.
The issue is not reporting (for that we would use our internal Business warehouse). The issue is that we manage the Hubspot instance for our European subsidiaries which are all legal entities that have their own bank accounts. So we need to have a payment provider that has more than 20 accounts managed on the same plattform. Thanks for the suggestion. Maybe it will help other people

This is a huge feature to add - the non-profit I work for is not able to fully utilize HubSpot and all its features because we have 2 Stripe accounts (and require both for our work), and we can only add 1 account to HubSpot. Considering the accounting integration (which we need for QB anyway), it makes no sense to me that we cannot connect both Stripe accounts, as that would be the easiest, most effective way for us to get up and running! I've been doing a lot of mental olympics trying to figure out how we can create a workaround for this with zero budget...it's not easy. I believe we can do it with Zapier but it would be so much simpler if we could connect both accounts to HubSpot.
