Ability to configure double-opt in email settings in multiple languages

We have a site in different languages. The HubSpot COS double opt-in configuration (found in COS -> Content -> Content Settings -> Email -> Double Opt-in) is only supported in one language.

 

Would be great if this was available in multiple languages so we don't have to recreate the functionality for each language in workflows.

Hey folks, Just sharing a quick update. We've updated the status of this ask to 'in planning' and this work is in development -- our engineering teams are hard at work bringing it to life. While I can't give an exact timeline due to the nature of product development, we're pushing to deliver it as soon as we can. Again, please keep an eye on this thread for any further updates.

We recognize this is a long-standing pain point for many and I can confirm we are currently exploring how we can best support this -- among other improvements to the existing double opt-in experience. Is there an update on this multi-language double opt-in? A full workaround still requires a Professional subscription + transactional email add-on – which few companies can/want to afford.

Hey HubSpot. It's already 2023 and we still waiting for this feature! In Switzerland we have 4 official languages so this feature is a MUST!

Please consider this as crucial.

I fully support that. 

 

Or at least add the possibility to delay DOI email for 1-2mins to ensure a smart-rule based workaround would work properly.

@TylerScionti Your update is 3 years old, the "idea" 6 years old. Any update on multi-language support here? This is a MUST if you want to sell Hubspot outside english speaking countries!

For those who have a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription and ideally the transactional email add-on, feel free to contact me. There's a very solid workaround until HubSpot makes improvements on the existing features.
