Ability to change or remove photo that displays on meeting confirmation screen

After scheduling a meeting via the Hubspot meeting tool, you're taken to a confirmation screen that has a default illustration. We'd like the ability to change or remove this to be more in line with our brand.

+1 why hasn't this been done yet?

The ability to change the image and the text can go a long way with branding, but also make sure that the context of the booking is accurate for the form submitter.

Hey HubSpot, if you need an example to reference as to why this is so important to your subscribers, please note:

I work in an industry that offers assistance to individuals during the difficult period following the loss of a loved one. When a client arranges an appointment with me, and the confirmation page celebrates the appointment with the presence of balloons, it strikes a discordant note, being perceived as unsympathetic and lacking the necessary consideration for the somber context that underlies my engagement with them.

Dear KMcKenz, we are also using Hubspot Meeting Bookings and I fully agree to what you are saying, even if we use external confirmation link the Hubspot Balloons and Countdown is shown, so it would be very important to have an option to put customized confirmation which is in line with the brand of the company. Can we change this image to our logo or remove the image of the ballons? We're in B2B so we're looking for a more professional appearance.

Any updates here? The default graphic is offbrand for probably most companies. We should have the option to either replace the ballons or remove that "booking confirmation" step entirely and then redirect to our own confirmation page.

The balloon graphic should be customizeable, or at least removeable.

Hey team. Posting this on behalf of the customer. They requested ability to customize the default meeting confirmation page image to add their own branding to it. Very beneficial customization in my opinion.

@glencornell Aside from branding importance, this would enable (image pixel) conversion tracking for campaigns, which is pretty relevant. It would be nice that this is prioritized and developed, as already stated, it is a small development feature requested for years now, which would bring value to customers.

Please consider removing the default image from meeting scheduler confirmation page.

Ideally, the following would be availalbe too:

- ability to add a company logo

- customisation of text

- removal of the name (eg 'you're booked with name) -  for round robin appointments that are assigned across a team, the person conducting the appointment may not be assigned until after the booking has been made

Allow Sales or Marketing users to access more customization options for automatic emails on confirmation pages.

It's crazy to me that people have been asking for this simple change for three years and HubSpot has done nothing about it. HubSpot is for B2B marketing and this image screams, "Yay, you have RSVP'd to an 8 year old's birthday party. It's going to be a fun time at the trampoline park!"

This is much needed. We currently have to redirect our form submissions to a landing page that has the calendar embedded on it. Which is an added step -- not ideal...

Yep. Disappointing this thread was made in 2022 and these features haven't been updated. Very low quality branding customization is going to lose business to other competitors that have these features.

This needs more upvotes or else it will continue to be a thorn in any company branding side.

Hi @glencornell would it be possible to have an update on this, please?

Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Thanks,
