Ability to change default date range when add timeline activity to a ticket
Hi there,
We'd like to explore the possibility of adding a setting to change thedefault date range when adding timeline activity to a ticket (or other objects in HubSpot).
Example:
The default date range to add timeline activity to a ticket is currently 30 days.
We'd like the option to change this to a different default i.e. All time.
This is useful if a user is always having to change this to All time.
If there are any existing solutions or workarounds please let me know!
I would like to see this too. We often create tickets from regular clients and almost never need to attach every email from the last 30 days. (This would overwhelm the ticket and create confusion.)
With nearly every ticket, we're only adding communication from that specific day. It would be handy to be able to change this dropdown so it only shows the current day (or even "custom") by default with the option to select a longer range rather than starting with a larger range.
