Ability to associate deals when creating a new Ticket manually

Writing on behalf of an user:

At the moment, when we create a new ticket manually from [Service > Tickets > Create ticket], we are not able to associate a deal. 

It would be very convenient if we could associate a deal when creating a new ticket just like creating a new deal. (We can associate contact or company when creating a new deal.)

You can associate a deal to a task but only after it is created. I agree that it would be helpful to do this when originally creating the ticket. For our buisiness every ticket is associated to a particular deal.
