Feature: Ability to customize list columns for the team.
Who: The feature is for HubSpot Admin users. The admin knows how the organization can best use the list function to its full potential and should be able to set columns for the whole team, and/or specific users.
Value: Significant reduction in time spent customizing list columns and increase in accessibility to lists.
Example:
Like all HubSpot users, we use lists to organize contacts but specifically to segment based on our events. It is great that I can customize each list so all lists have columns indicating attendance for the event the list represents.
HOWEVER
This effort only goes so far. It is unreasonable to expect that my leadership team will do this process. It would significantly boost the lists' productive potential if this process could be streamlined - that is being able to set list columns for the whole team.
I am aware that I can create custom views as a workaround, but we are limited to 50 views and that is just not enough for us.
Please consider this proposed improvement. I can see this function having utility for multiple industries and saving a significant amount of time for all users.
+1 for this enhancement! I often create lists by request and edit the columns to be relevant for the business needs of the list, but the column edits I make don't transfer to other users. It would be helpful if there was a checkbox to apply column edits to all users.
This is very much needed. Especially when trying to help users that are not fully trained to use HubSpot and will never need to be - they just need to view lists.
It seems like the "apply to all my contact lists" is also causing some issues too.
