Ability to add the Notes section to right-hand column of Contacts and Company records
My Sales team would like the ability to add the Notes section to the right-hand column of the Contacts record so it is always visible - for important information about that particular contact or company.
Most leading CRM's offer users a single view of a company and contact level, which includes all notes.
PROBLEM
Currently Hubspot does not allows users to have a single view of all notes, associated with company (and all associated contacts with the company), nor contacts, deal activities.
REQUEST
All notes, associated with notes, phone calls, meetings - for BOTH company and all contacts associated with company - should be able to be seen in a single view at company level, deal level, contact level. This way, if anyone sets up meeting, makes a phone call, or adds a note, onto a contact/deal level, and our sales/customer service are dealing with cusotmer, we have 1 single view. One single view to be able to see all notes, drop down selection instead of having to click into each company, each contact, each deal, each activity (meeting, phone call etc) - very time consuming - to find the form.
