Ability to add "noreply@notifications.hubspot.com" to the always allow list
We use the conversation inbox to allow multiple people access to a shared email in which a team is responsible for. That team is also a "user" in hubspot under that shared email and anyone on that team is responsible to pick up/own tasks on companies and or deals the task is assined to the shared email user. At this time, when tasks are due and assigned to the shared email user, all the notifications go to spam and HubSpot does not allow you to add "noreply@notifications.hubspot.com " to the always allow list. I would love the opportunty to be able to allow emails from "noreply@notifications.hubspot.com " so that my team is seeing tasks as they are due.
How is noreply@notifications.hubspot.com not an available email to allowlist for just this reason? It's the only work around for HubSpot not allowing email groups to be used with Inbox and Helpdesk!
