It would be great if you could add a landline an account to utilize the calling features. That way an incoming call to customers reflects that the company is calling on caller ID and not a random wireless caller. Also employees don't need to use their personal phone number.
Yes, this is something my organisation would like to see too. A local number would be much preferred. I noticed this is possible for some countries, but not the UK. Is this something that is likely to be added?
