Ability to add a Note under a Contact that appears in the Inbox
Currently there is no way for the Notes field under a Contact to show up in the sidebar of Conversations which is very hard for us to provide good, personalized customer service when a customer contacts us because we can't quickly see the notes under their account.
Our managers input notes under the Contact > Notes tab but I was told by HubSpot support that there is no way for this to show in the Conversations tab, even though the sidebar feature is already there.
