Ability to add Custom Objects and Products to forms
I think a whole load of really great opportunities could be created of yo ucould add the ability for users to add custom objects and products to forms. For example, if products could be selected to create radio buttons/tick boxes/drop downs etc. And if these are selected a form could maybe dynamically display a price. Should be relatively easy as its just calculating data in an array.
Then when forms are submitted you could have them create a deal with those line items in them.
Similar thing with custom objects, having the ability to select them so that they are selectable in a form would be really useful as well. i.e if you have objects with multiple properties etc and they could be displayed in a drop down select for example on a form..
Allowing for Product properties to populate into forms would really help!
The use case for me is that we have a variety of different products that we offer to our customers and we would like to use Hubspot forms as a way to compile feedback on each of our products to continue to improve them. By using forms, all of that information would be in the same place, the responses would tie back to the company that submitted the form, and we could analyze the results all through Hubspot's tools.
Prior to having Hubspot we have been sending emails, Google Docs and excel sheets for feedback on products, but it tends to get lost.
If forms have ticket fields then a ticket is automatically created but if you want to notify a team member of that ticket you cannot add the contact info to the email.
This is a very important limitation that needs to be worked on asap.
RN tickets are created in contact based workflows so if a Contact fills out the form twice only one ticket will go throught the workflow.
