I'm submitting this idea for the ability to access the content of WhatsApp messages via Workflows (e.g. in the enrollment trigger). While the activity property Communication body is available, this is only set if the WhatsApp or LinkedIn message was manually logged in the CRM record but not if there is an ongoing conversation thread with the customer on WhatsApp.
